DOCUMENT CONTROL SPECIALIST

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist in Deer Park, TX. In this crucial and high-impact role, you will be responsible for managing document records.

• Reviewing work instructions, procedures, forms, and quality documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Partnering with department leaders to validate processes and standardize documents into official templates.
• Maintaining document control processes, including numbering, version control, approval workflows, and archiving.
• Ensuring all controlled documents meet QMS requirements and ISO 9001 standards.
• Supporting internal and external audits with accurate records and document tracking.

• 2+ years of experience in document control, quality systems, compliance, or technical documentation.
• Hands‑on experience managing controlled documents and revision processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint).

• Short-term, 1–2 month project based role
• $26-$30/hr
• Monday-Friday, 8A-5P
