We are looking for an experienced
Clinic Intake Coordinator to join our clinic team in the Deer Park, TX,area. This is a full-time position with a highly competitive salary and benefits package.

Provides administrative systems support and document processing as directed. The Intake Coordinator will work the front desk and provide administrative support to clinic staff with varying degrees of independence as directed. Job performance requires time management, exceptional customer satisfaction, and attention to detail.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):- Answer clinic phone line and transfer calls accordingly
- Return and resolve any missed calls relayed through the answering service
- Review patient documents and check them in accordingly
- Review completed patient documents and verify services performed
- Close patient charts for billing using CORE's EMR
- Scan paperwork into patient's chart's using CORE's EMR system
- Label paperwork with appropriate bar codes for proper processing
- Provide clients with requested information
- Administrative needs for the clinic director
- Cross Training in various positions
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic medical knowledge preferred
- One (1)+ year administrative support in a fast-paced office environment managing multiple tasks is preferred
- Knowledge of administrative processes and practices
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Attention to detail and time management are required
- Clinic experience is preferred
