Industrial Services Administrator

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is looking for an Industrial Services Administrator to join their safety conscious team in Deer Park TX.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;

• Oversee administrative program and processes for assigned area of responsibility across multiple branches, districts and/or regions to optimize workflow and enforce consistency, with a focus on the quote to cash process and customer contract compliance.
• Participate in development of initiatives, strategies, and administrative plans to align with organizational goals, setting objectives, and establishing timelines for program execution.
• Track program progress, measuring outcomes using KPI's, assessing performance, and implementing improvements.
• Act as primary point of contact with internal teams, clients, external partners, and other stakeholders; facilitate engagement and resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and present program updates to senior leadership as needed.

• Data entry experience a MUST;
• Enthusiastic personality;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word).

• High School diploma or equivalent (required) Business related Bachelors preferred;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
