Deer Park, TX Duration: 06 months contract

Summary:

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
• Experience supporting customers in manufacturing, chemical, oil & gas, industrial, export, or related sectors.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to resolve customer issues and manage escalations professionally.

Technical Skills

• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system preferred.
• Ability to process customer orders, track shipments, manage open orders, and review inventory availability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer purchase orders.
• Manage order entry, order maintenance, and shipment tracking.
• Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, supply issues, and delivery updates.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records.
