Industrial Services Supervisor​/Req

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors is hiring Industrial Services Supervisor
, to join their safety conscious traveling team based in Deer Park, TX
. The Supervisor supports project execution in the field, ensuring crews work safely, efficiently, and according to the established plan, acting as the frontline leader for daily operations.

Key requirements:

• TWIC card required.
• Availability to travel extensively – 90% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Lead crews during project execution; ensure tasks follow the work plan and safety procedures.
• Perform jobsite walkdowns to identify hazards, verify readiness, and ensure compliance.
• Enforce company safety policies and operational standards.
• Coordinate manpower and communicate resource needs to the Project Manager.
• Track crew hours and ensure accurate documentation for billing and payroll.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for minor adjustments or issues.
• Assist PM with job progress updates and reporting.
• Support scheduling by communicating crew availability and project needs.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety stand‑downs, and weekly planning meetings.
• Monitor equipment and consumable usage; provide updates to PM.
• Participate in monthly safety reviews and corrective‑action planning.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and training needs.
• Support data collection for monthly customer KPI reporting (if required).

• Strong safety mindset.
• Clear communication.
• Ability to lead people.
• Basic understanding of project workflow.
• Solid field knowledge but limited administrative or financial responsibility.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• TWIC card is required.
• Availability to travel extensively.
