As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and supporting wireless communications systems, including complex radio systems for public safety and enterprise customers. You will provide exceptional customer service and create imaginative solutions that meet challenging customer needs.

• Create High-Level Programming Codeplugs (e.g., P25, Linked CAP+, CAP MAX, Repeaters)
• Install and service complex wireless communications systems (e.g., UHF/VHF and 800/900 MHz systems, dispatch consoles, BDA/DAS systems, microwave systems, wireless broadband devices, CCTV equipment)
• Provide system recommendations and designs that meet customer requirements
• Some regional and/or overnight travel and on-call hours may be required.

• Professional electronics background
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, programming, and installing RF equipment
• Complex understanding of two-way radio theory and RF propagation characteristics at various frequency bands
• Familiarity with RF design and engineering
• Proficient operating test equipment (communications service monitors, watt meters, TDRs, FDRs, multimeters)
• IP networking experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Drug screening, motor vehicle record, and background checks are part of the hiring process
