- Assist with the service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.
- Coordinate, plan, schedule, and implement all service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts, and logistics for site.
- Assist with customer requirements and customer inquiries.
- Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations and business requirements.
- Ensure the required quality is delivered and the health, safety, and environmental issues are completely managed.
- Review the scope of work and ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations, particularly in regard to claims and changes.
- Responsible for all required reporting and documentation, ensuring that all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system.
- Coordinate activities with other business units and teams to harmonize service activities and maximize service sales at every opportunity.
- Ensure the transfer of service findings to the product and system local business units for the improvement of their offerings.
- 5 years experience supporting industrial turbocharging systems with direct customer interaction to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- 5 years experience in service coordination or project management in the power plant or marine industry, including planning, scheduling, and supporting all service activities.
- 5 years experience guiding teams to perform rotor balancing, including calibration, operation, and troubleshooting of balancing machines to ensure equipment performance and compliance with engineering specifications.
- 5 years experience performing LMRA reviews detailing lifting and rigging operations in complex work environments, overseeing multiple crews and adhering to safety standards and technical procedures.
- 5 years experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to document work orders, manage inventory, and coordinate field service activities.
- 5 years experience collaborating with business units and service teams to align service activities, optimize resource utilization, and identify opportunities to increase service sales.
- 5 years experience overseeing end‑to‑end service order lifecycle, from quotation through invoicing and cash collection, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- 5 years experience performing turbocharger field service and providing technical assistance on products related to engine performance, efficiency, and reduced emissions.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of working time, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
