Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Reliability Department supporting operational excellence and asset management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Reliability Engineer
Location: Deer Park, Texas
Pay Range: Starting from $140,000
What's the Job?- Collaborate with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long‑term asset issues and reliability threats
- Analyze data from various sources to recommend and justify life‑cycle cost and reliability improvements
- Lead Root Cause Analysis for major failures to prevent recurrence
- Support engineering, design, specification, and execution of projects to maximize reliability and operability
- Review and update Standard Maintenance and Operating procedures
- Hold a High School/GED diploma; a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is preferred
- Minimum of five years’ experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Hands‑on experience with mechanical equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, and piping systems
- Ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings confidently
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies
