Role Summary

The Senior Recruiter is a hybrid role combining business development, client partnership, and full-cycle recruiting execution. You will grow the relationship and the result by building pipeline, winning new hiring needs, and running searches from intake through close.

This is not a passive recruiting role. You will actively source and engage talent, build trusted client relationships, and operate with pace, standards, and follow-through. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, understands industrial and field environments, and consistently delivers high-quality candidates while growing accounts.

Key Responsibilities Business Development and Growth
  • Prospect, engage, and secure new client opportunities across industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, construction, and field services markets
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across new and existing accounts
  • Lead discovery conversations to clarify role requirements, urgency, and decision-makers
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize opportunities and drive revenue outcomes
Client Partnership and Account Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the search lifecycle
  • Translate operational needs into a clear hiring profile aligned to the real conditions of the role
  • Set expectations, communicate progress, and provide market feedback
  • Maintain long-term relationships with proactive follow-up and trusted partnership
Full-Cycle Recruiting and Search Execution
  • Recruit and place management-level and skilled trade talent in industrial and field-driven environments
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, networking, Linked In, and direct outreach
  • Conduct strong qualification interviews to validate capability, leadership maturity, and readiness
  • Build accurate, efficient shortlists with clear candidate summaries and recommendations
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate experience, and drive momentum to offer and acceptance
  • Complete background and reference checks as required and support onboarding coordination
  • Maintain clean documentation and activity tracking in ATS and CRM

Qualifications
  • 7 to 10+ years of recruiting experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, energy, or field services preferred
  • Proven ability to recruit at multiple levels of an organization from frontline leaders to corporate roles, and executive level positions
  • Strong business development and relationship-building capability
  • Confident communicator with hiring leaders and candidates
  • Experience with ATS and CRM tools, job boards, and sourcing platforms
  • High ownership, organization, and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple searches at once
  • This position is eligible for commission
