USA DeBusk is looking for a Level II IT Service Desk Technician to provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation point for Level I. You will troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues, support Windows environments and enterprise apps, and assist with system administration tasks such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
You will also help with VPN/remote access, device management (Intune/Config Mgr), and participate in IT projects.
