As a Courier/Field Technician in our Deer Park, TX lab, you’ll be responsible for picking up samples from customers and often collecting water or soil samples. They may also deliver sampling supplies and perform other tasks in support of meeting the expectations of our clients.

The compensation range for this role is $17.00 to $20.00, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.

This is a full‑time position working Monday – Friday with occasional overtime.

• Driving the company vehicle to client locations, delivering supplies, and returning samples to the laboratory.
• Providing courteous, respectful, responsive, and excellent client service to internal and external clients.
• Maintaining the company vehicle in optimal driving condition and a clean vehicle inside and outside.
• Informing supervisor within 3 days of any outside‑of‑work driving related tickets or arrests, and immediately if it occurs on the job.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs into the vehicle.
• Driving record that meets the Montrose requirements for operating company vehicles.
• May be subject to screening requirements above those of other employees.
• Preferred: TWIC certification for client site access.
• Good driving and safety skills.
• Courteous and communicative.
• Basic laboratory experience is a plus.

• Sitting, standing, and walking.
• Lifting 50 pounds several times a day.
• Overhead lifting of over 20 pounds.
• Works in an office environment.
• May be exposed to hot and cold environments.
• May occasionally work shifts up to 12 hours in duration.
