Manage the development and execution of the financial strategy for a chemical manufacturing business.
- Work closely with accounting, operations and finance to build a well informed and well balanced strategy
- Manage, coach and develop 2 staff members
- Drive progress toward digitalization and new technologies (AI) for financial tracking and control
- Create sound check and balances for financial decisions
- Manage volatility in feedstock prices
- Respond to market dynamics and adjust planning and forecasts
- Manage budgeting and long term projections
BS Degree and experience in the chemical industry are required. Prefer 8+ years of experience.
