Trainer

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Valid Driver License

* Comfortable with frequent travel 50% of the time

* 5-7 years of Fleet maintenance experience

* Strong leadership and personnel development competencies

* Ability to work across business lines in a matrixed organization.

* Strong negotiation skills

* Knowledge of fleet maintenance systems, processes and reporting

* Ability to create, track and report on actionable deliverables through data and information

* Strategic planning, coupled with tactical execution

* Ability to use computer and applicable company software.

* Proficient in MS Office Applications - MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Access

* Able to apply standards and processes that maintain regulatory compliance

* Fleet maintenance experience with a decentralized customer base

* Demonstrated project and change leadership ability

* Ability to facilitate/train others, and ability to navigate and handle difficult conversations.

* Financial understanding, with the ability to set and drive performance and strategy against financial and productivity goals
