We're looking for an
Assistant Branch Manager who is ready to lead from the front. You'll partner closely with the Branch Manager to keep the branch running smoothly, coach and develop the team, drive production, and create the kind of member experience that keeps people coming back.

What You'll Do- Partner with the Branch Manager to support daily branch operations, production, and member service.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve goals while building engagement and accountability.
- Assist the Branch Manager and Training team with onboarding and developing front-line employees.
- Build strong member relationships through proactive outreach and timely follow-up.
- Identify member needs and recommend financial products and services that support their financial success.
- Provide timely, professional service and resolve member questions or concerns accurately.
- Help the team meet service and production goals while maintaining a positive member experience.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive, productive work environment.
- Use organizational systems and technology effectively while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service.

- High school diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred.
- Two to five years of similar or related experience, including experience in preparatory roles.
- Leadership and coaching skills.

- A team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example.
