Packaging Operators

A Synthetic Oil Manufacturing company in Deer Park is seeking to add a highly motivated and professional Packaging Operator to 3rd shift Warehouse Teams! The Packer will efficiently assemble kits of various products to meet daily production goals, operate proper equipment and machinery, and troubleshoot as needed.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets.
• Work in various roles along the production line.
• Move component materials and finished goods off and onto pallets.
• Load process components into equipment to maintain production efficiency.
• Keep work area clean and orderly by maintaining good housekeeping.
• Safely operate equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment/machinery and repair issues if able; if not, relay proper information to the mechanic.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some assembly line experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and lift 20 lbs. frequently throughout the shift.
• Must be reliable.
• Good communication skills.
• Self‑motivator.
• Positive attitude.
• Team player.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• 3rd shift: 5pm-5am.
• Mandatory OT as needed.

• 4 days on, 3 days off (weekly rotation).
• 3 days on, 4 days off.

Pay rate: $23/hour.
