You’ll be at the forefront of our innovation by supporting all Quality Control processes related to Statistical Quality Control (SQC), instrument verification, validation, and Out of Specification (OOS) from a QC perspective. You will provide analytical guidance, aid, and support to the Quality Control Lab to achieve data and instrument reliability.

• Technical evaluation of QC Lab processes with respect to method and instrument validation and reliability.
• Review and analyze SQC data with a focus on instrument and technician performance and implement mitigating actions when appropriate.
• Primary person responsible for instrument manuals, calibration protocols, and preventative maintenance plans.
• Provide recommendations to technicians to decrease analytical variation and enhance reliability.
• Participate in multifunctional project teams.
• Qualify new analytical techniques.
• Lead analytical test method implementation, verification, and validation.
• Champion new methods for improving QC Lab performance.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in chemistry or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience commensurate with technology within the plant’s lab.
• Experience in instrumentation troubleshooting.

• Problem‑solving abilities and passion for continuous improvement.
• Proactive mindset with proven track record of completing tasks/projects independently with minimal guidance.
• Communication skills, adaptability, teamwork, creativity, and strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with ISO
  9001:2015.

In this role, work on‑site in a manufacturing and laboratory environment, utilizing appropriate PPE.

• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Corporate functions.
• Lead quality initiatives in a fast‑paced production setting with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and plant‑wide initiatives.
