Job SummaryThe Brand Ambassador leads store sales and customer experience, ensuring brand awareness and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to reach sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador representing Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
- Maintain a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives.
- Create and drive winning teams: establish trust, maintain integrity, and support collaboration within the store and across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to enhance store performance and improve customer experience.
- Execute business strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs.
- Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for goals.
- Enforce team compliance with company policies and store operational procedures.
- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for internal and external partners.
- Create a customer‑centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentors team on clienteling strategies to build long‑term customer relationships.
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership.
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment.
- 1+ year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Regular physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
- Lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Base Pay Range$17.00 – $27.75 per hour, depending on location and experience.
