Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, badging protocols, and other security-related policies at the location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted operational and hazardous areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity through required communication and documentation processes;
Support screening and inspection procedures for people, vehicles, packages, and/or materials entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and regulatory requirements;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, exterior areas, and designated operational zones, with attention to changing conditions common to an industrial location
