Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an industrial chemical location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and report security-related issues, maintenance concerns, and suspicious behavior according to post instructions;
Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, completing required reports, and following site rules for restricted areas, vehicle traffic, and/or material handling zones
