** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.

+ Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, and directing authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements.

+ Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, entry points, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.

+ Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with site personnel, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal supervision.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
