Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.;
Verify identification, credentials, access authorizations, and vehicle entry requirements before permitting access to restricted areas.;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems; document entries, exits, incidents, and irregular conditions according to site procedures.;
Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized entry and identify potential hazards or policy violations.
