Position Summary
Supports client and internal site operations by inspecting, repairing and evaluating customer and 24hr owned equipment, such as harnesses, SRL (self‑retractable lifelines), lanyards, cable ladders, tripods, davit arms, entry devices and other equipment associated with fall protection.
Essential Responsibilities- Inspect, repair, and/or replace equipment using hand tools and monitoring devices.
- Dismantle and examine mechanical parts, replace worn or damaged parts.
- Decontaminate equipment only with manufacturer approved solutions.
- Assist in facility safety inspections and customer walk‑throughs.
- Respond to client questions promptly and professionally.
- Work under conditions of restricted movement, on‑site work, lifting or carrying heavy objects.
- Process and track all customer and 24hr safety warranty returns.
- Adhere to all company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by department supervisor or upper management.

- Ready & urgent subject matter leader.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanically inclined, using tools to upkeep equipment.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial fall protection.
- Current TWIC card.
- Skill in inspection, repair, maintenance and testing techniques for safety equipment and systems.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract.
- Competent computer skills.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be flexible to work long hours including on‑call, weekends and holiday schedule.
- Willingness to travel is a must.
- All inspections, repairs and maintenance on equipment are performed in accordance with safety and manufacturer guidelines.

- Frequent sitting and standing; reaching; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; handling or feeling; talking or hearing. Frequently required to walk and climb or balance.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
- Work in varied temperatures: heat and cold work spaces.
- Must be able to distinguish between colors.
This is a full‑time, direct hire employment opportunity. The employee must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed. Overnight travel likely. Additional hours may be needed. On‑call availability required.
