We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including bank reconciliation, general ledger management, and handling accounts receivable and payable.

• Accurately post and process journal entries to record all business transactions, systematically categorizing records in the general ledger by assets, liabilities, and expenses.
• Prepare and review essential financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring compliance with both legal and company accounting guidelines.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, and assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits.
• Reconcile bank accounts, verifying deposits and addressing inquiries, and ensure accuracy through reconciliation of transactions from various processors.
• Process weekly payouts to merchants and affiliates.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any accounting issues.
• Provide support to other accounting personnel and assist with various accounting projects as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Over five years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books and Oracle Net Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Driven, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
