SEC Reporting Manager

Join a publicly traded, high-growth organization as an SEC Reporting Manager and play a key role in the company’s financial reporting and compliance function. This is a highly visible position offering direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to work on complex accounting and reporting matters in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a technically strong accounting professional with a solid foundation in SEC reporting and US GAAP. This role is ideal for someone coming out of Big 4 or a public company environment who is looking to take ownership of the reporting process and grow within a fast-paced organization.

• Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
• Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Coordinate and manage the external audit process and work closely with auditors
• Research and implement new accounting standards (ASC 606, ASC 842, etc.)
• Support technical accounting matters and prepare related memos
• Assist with internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, legal, and executive leadership
• Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification required
• 5–8+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Strong SEC reporting experience (public company or Big
  4)
• Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Hyperion, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership
