What You’ll DoFront Office & Culture Coordinator
- The Face of the Office: Warmly greet visitors, answer and route incoming phone calls, and manage the daily mail.
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Keep the main office and all distribution centers fully stocked by managing supply orders, vendor approvals, and maintaining office equipment such as Ricoh machines.
- HR & Scheduling Support: Keep operations running smoothly by tracking vehicle schedules, updating the master PTO calendar, and auditing bi-weekly missed punches in ADP.
- Lead by Example: Train temporary staff to cover the front desk so you can enjoy well-deserved PTO.
Accounts Payable Clerk
- Invoice Mastery: Vet, audit, and voucher incoming invoices for selected vendors.
- Expense Path Champion: Audit receipts, build expense reports for key management team members, and proactively chase down missing submissions from cardholders.
- Credits & Utilities: Generate and submit steel scrap credits and manage monthly utility invoicing and expense spreadsheets.
- Data & Engineering Support: Log monthly cost rolls into Excel for the Engineering team and keep AP check registers meticulously updated.
- Secure Disbursements: Handle mailing of checks and certified letters, tracking every piece of critical mail.
- Tech-savvy:
Microsoft Excel is a must. Experience with ADP or Expense Path is a huge plus. - Multitasking:
Ability to switch gears from auditing a spreadsheet to welcoming a guest with a smile. - Dependability:
Trustworthy professional who takes pride in flawless accuracy and respects data confidentiality. - Communication:
Excellent professional communication skills, over the phone and via email.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or administrative roles.
- Experience level:
Experienced. - No degree required.
$18–$20 per hour.
