In this role, you'll be an important part of the team, helping with the day-to-day tasks that keep the office running smoothly. If you enjoy variety in your work, take pride in being dependable, and like supporting others, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

+ Help with day-to-day office and administrative tasks

+ Answer phones, route calls, and respond to basic emails

+ File, scan, copy, and organize documents

+ Enter and update information accurately

+ Assist with scheduling, calendars, and meeting preparation

+ Maintain office supplies and support general office organization

+ Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed

Requirements

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Good communication and people skills

+ Comfort with office technology and Microsoft Office

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized

+ Dependable, positive, and eager to learn

+ Previous clerical or office experience is helpful, but not required
