• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of administrative, sales support, customer service, or insurance‑related experience
• Basic computer skills
• Proficiency with CRM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

This is a full‑time, Monday through Friday position working 7 AM to 4 PM.

In this role, you'll be the key to maintaining compliance and integrity across our processes. Your day will involve reviewing Medicare and ACA enrollments, applications, and documentation with a critical eye, ensuring every detail aligns with regulations. You'll identify potential compliance risks, document findings, and upscale concerns to leadership while collaborating closely with sales teams to reinforce approved practices.

Salary: $18 per hour
