Customer Support Coordinator

Titan America -  - Responsibilities:
Communicate and follow up with customers, sales team, credit, accounts receivable, scale house, internal plants, and outside vendors to build strong customer relationships;
Manage all aspects of customer accounts, including research and resolution of billing issues and follow-up of product returns and load diversions;
Use problem solving techniques to resolve issues and know when to engage others;
Set up and maintain customer master price lists for external and internal sales in the system;
Run weekly and monthly reports and coordinate distribution to internal customers
