Coastal Pipeline, Inc. is a family-owned underground utility construction company serving Broward and Palm Beach counties since 1964. With three generations of leadership and more than 120 years of combined estimating and field supervision experience, we specialize in water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, fire suppression systems, and sitework.

Our reputation is built on safety, integrity, and long-standing relationships with engineers, municipalities, general contractors, and owners. We have a strong backlog of projects and are committed to developing dependable team members into skilled utility professionals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform manual trenching and excavation using shovels, digging bars, and hand tools.

Assist with underground utility installation, including pipe placement, anchors, fittings, and vaults.

Work safely inside trenches in compliance with trench safety standards.

Operate power tools and jobsite equipment such as vibratory compactors, jackhammers, concrete saws, and trash pumps (training provided).

Support heavy equipment operators and pipe layers during excavation and installation activities.

Set up traffic control devices including cones, barricades, and signage to maintain safe work zones.

Restore job sites upon completion, including asphalt and concrete patching.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds frequently.

Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.

Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida heat, humidity, and rain.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites across West Palm Beach and Broward County.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a crew.

A pre-employment drug screening will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.

Prior construction or underground utility experience is a plus, but not required.

Competitive starting pay at $25.00 per hour
