Straticon is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in South Florida to oversee budgeting, design‑phase estimating, GMP development, and subcontractor buyout. You will report to the Director of Preconstruction and partner with project leads to own defined scopes and drive bids through completion.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in preconstruction/estimating with multifamily or complex commercial experience; proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam, and Building Connected is preferred.
