Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced civil estimator to prepare accurate estimates and competitive bids for complex civil projects in Florida.
You will review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and utilize TBC, AGTEK, and HCSS Heavy Bid to develop cost projections from bid through final budget. The role requires 5–10 years in civil construction estimating, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
