About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our operations — supporting client relationships, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every order is executed seamlessly.

What You’ll Do- Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional support
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and delivery scheduling
- Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, warehouse, operations) to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients
Maintain accurate account records, documentation, and reporting - Help resolve service issues quickly, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Support account management with reporting and data insights
- 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or logistics (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM/logistics systems are a plus
