As a Warranty Claims Administrator, you’ll be the frontline of communication for dealership partners and customers navigating tire warranty claims. From answering inquiries and verifying coverage, to guiding customers through the claims validation, adjudication, and payment process, your role is vital to ensuring seamless service delivery. You’ll work on-site with a collaborative team, supporting VSS Group’s nationwide impact.
You’ll also assist with CRM data entry and basic administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys multitasking with professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Educate customers and dealership partners on the terms and benefits of our tire warranty programs
- Process claims from intake through validation, adjudication, and payment
- Verify customer membership coverage and program eligibility
- Maintain and update our proprietary CRM system and databases
- Collaborate with the claims team to review and process claims in a timely manner
- Assist with general administrative duties (scanning, filing, faxing, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- 2+ years of customer service or warranty/claims administration experience, preferably phone-based
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of the automotive or tire service industry is a plus
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
