Customer Support Specialist

Do you enjoy helping customers and are looking to work within the construction field supporting an essential function? The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Specialist is to facilitate customer relationships bytaking orders, dispatching, scheduling drivers and deliveries and effectively communicating. Our ideal candidate should have dispatch/ customer support experience and industry experience from the trade service industry including construction, hvac, plumbing etc.

Deerfield, FL (Onsite)

Pay Range: $22.00 / hour (Dependent on experience)

Job Type: Temp-hire position/Full time

• Responsible for order taking, scheduling, dispatching and customer relations
• Maintain efficient delivery controls through proper scheduling and accurate order entry into the dispatch system.
• Resolve transportation conflicts and handle unusual and difficult customer complaints.
• Provide customer support to ensure maximum efficiency
• Is positive and upbeat in all communications with customers and other departments
