Dental Call Center Representative

As a Dental Call Center Representative at Sage Dental, you will be the first point of contact for patients across our southern U.S. locations. You'll handle high-volume inbound calls, schedule and update appointments, verify insurance details, and provide information about our dental services. Working in our Customer Service & Support team, you will collaborate closely with clinical and front-desk staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls for multiple Sage Dental locations
• Schedule, confirm, and modify patient appointments accurately
• Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and benefits
• Provide basic information on services, locations, and providers
• Document all interactions in dental/practice management systems
• Resolve patient concerns or route complex issues appropriately
• Collaborate with clinical and front-desk teams to optimize schedules
• Follow HIPAA and company protocols for privacy and security
• Meet performance metrics for call quality and productivity
• Support a patient-focused, team-oriented service culture
