This is a hybrid role which requires two days per week in-office.

We are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to join TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) in Deerfield Beach, FL. TLC focuses on employee career development and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high‑profile projects.

The Electrical Project Engineer is responsible for all sizes and types of projects from concept to construction completion. This includes in‑house coordination with multiple disciplines, leading the project team, interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, managing the project schedule, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Minimum 9 years of experience in the architectural engineering consulting environment
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Expertise in electrical discipline
• Knowledge of construction costs and life cycle analysis
• Experience managing moderate to complex projects or acting as secondary point of contact on larger projects
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline
• Demonstrated success in technical/formal communication with clients and staff
• Proven ability to represent the electrical discipline at meetings
