TheOpportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of MEP consulting experience to join our Deerfield Beach team. This is a hands‑on project management role with design responsibilities and ownership of projects from schematic design through construction administration. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and design partners while guiding the technical design and project team.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with accountability to clients and internal leadership
- Lead coordination across MEP disciplines and with architectural and structural teams throughout the design process
- Oversee production of construction documents using Revit/BIM workflows
- Support engineering calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing across a range of building types
- Support construction administration including site visits, RFI and submittal review, and punch list
- Serve as a primary client and design partner contact, managing communication and expectations throughout each project
- Contribute to internal QC processes and maintain working knowledge of applicable codes (FBC, NEC, NFPA, etc.)
- Mentor junior staff and support team coordination as needed
- 5-10+ years of experience in MEP consulting or building systems design and prior project management responsibilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with commercial, multifamily residential, institutional, or mixed‑use project types
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills in a multi‑discipline environment
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
