About The OpportunityAn established MEP consulting engineering team is hiring a Plumbing Engineer or Plumbing Designer to support plumbing system design and coordinated construction documents across a variety of building projects.
ResponsibilitiesPlumbing design production
- Design plumbing systems for commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and multifamily buildings
- Prepare plumbing plans, specifications, and construction documents
Sizing, layout, and code application
- Perform system sizing and layout
- Apply plumbing codes and design standards to design decisions
Coordination and construction support
- Coordinate with mechanical and electrical disciplines
- Support multi-story building projects with repetitive system layouts
- Review shop drawings and assist during construction phases
