Customer Support Coordinator

Titan America -  - Responsibilities:
Communicate and follow up with customers, sales team, credit, accounts receivable; scale house and internal plants; provide customer care;
Maintain and set up customer master price list; maintain customer master files for fuel surcharge and ship-to locations;
Run weekly and monthly reports; coordinate with Logistics on freight matters; manage proof of deliveries from haulers;
Research and resolve billing issues; handle returns and load diversions; use problem solving techniques to engage others when needed;
Crosstrain and provide support in multiple capacities within the team
