Accounting Analyst

Steven Douglas Interim Resources has partnered with a client that’s looking for a sharp, curious, early‑career professional who wants real hands‑on experience in an Accounting Analyst/Treasury role. This is a great opportunity for someone with a business degree, strong internship experience, or 1–2 years in a corporate role who’s ready to learn, contribute, and grow.

This isn’t a “watch and wait” kind of job — you’ll be involved in meaningful work from day one.

• Supporting day‑to‑day treasury and cash management activities
• Working closely with the team to understand cash flow, liquidity, and funding needs
• Helping with process improvements and special projects as they come up
• Getting exposure to how decisions are made and how the business runs

• A recent grad or someone with 1–2 years of experience in a business, accounting or analytical role
• MUST live in South Florida

• Someone smart, motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers
• A proactive mindset — someone who asks good questions and wants to understand the “why” behind the work
• A team‑oriented person who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves
