Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby traffic;
Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge and solutions with clients;
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs while adhering to bank procedures
