Director of Financial Reporting & Analysis/Controller

to lead the company's finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable, and operational analytics. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing the monthly close process, reviewing and preparing complex accounting schedules, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Financial Reporting & Analysis/Controller will manage a lean finance team consisting of two financial analysts and 3 payroll staff while directly contributing to financial analysis, reporting and business intelligence development within the organization's Domo platform. This position plays a pivotal role in the organization, working cross‑functionally with other departments in a consultative manner to drive operational and financial improvements, analytics and automation.

• Lead the monthly close process, reviewing reconciliations and financial statements prepared by financial analysts while preparing complex accounting schedules and analyses as need
• Prepare and present monthly financial statements, management reporting packages, and variance analysis to executive leaders
• Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, payroll, and purchasing while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Direct the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and supporting analysis used to guide operational and strategic decision‑making
• Own the organization's financial and operational analytics infrastructure within the Domo platform, including dashboard development, dataset governance, and advanced analytical reporting
• Train and guide financial analysts in business intelligence development, financial modeling, and reporting best practices while contributing hands‑on development of complex analytical solutions
• Work cross‑functionally with operational leaders to analyze financial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data‑driven operational initiatives
• Establish and maintain internal controls and financial processes that ensure the integrity of financial reporting and operational data
• Ensure compliance with statutory payroll reporting, corporate tax requirements, and other regulatory filings
• Manage and review payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws
