We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver occupational therapy services at the Coastal Pointe Senior Living in Deerfield, FL 33442.
Join a team that is committed to helping older adults live healthier, more independent lives through exceptional outpatient therapy. We are looking for dedicated therapists who value evidence-based care, clinical excellence, and building meaningful relationships with our geriatric patients. By emphasizing proactive, preventative treatment, we help individuals maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and age with confidence and dignity.
If you're passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of older adults, we'd love to welcome you to our collaborative and supportive team.
We foster an environment built on trust, autonomy, and transparency. Our therapists receive clear, detailed compensation reports, have the freedom to use their clinical expertise, and enjoy the flexibility to create schedules that fit their lifestyle. You'll also have the ability to accept or decline patient assignments while treating patients in one convenient outpatient location—eliminating the stress of traveling between homes.
Combined with competitive compensation and a team-oriented culture, we offer a workplace where therapists can thrive professionally while making a meaningful impact every day.
