Food & Beverage Manager

EMscientific Solutions, in partnership with Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee resort dining operations supporting visiting biotech and pharmaceutical professionals. You will manage restaurant, lounge, and event catering services; lead and schedule staff; ensure exceptional guest experiences; and uphold food safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory and vendor management, menu collaboration, and coordinating F&B support for conferences.
