We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Human Resources & Compliance Specialist (Part-Time) to join our team at SYNERGY Home Care in Deerfield Beach, Florida. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the needs of our employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

• Provide HR support to our team, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including creating and delivering training programs
• Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive employee experience
• Process personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with management to resolve employee conflicts and concerns
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Work Experience: Previous HR experience in a healthcare or social services setting (or equivalent experience)
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in HR software and systems
