Title: Sr Project Manager

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid 3/2)

Duration: 6+ months contract

Compensation: $70.00 - $74.00/hr

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Summary: Sr Project Manager — We are presently in the market for a Sr. Project Manager position with excellent communication, vendor management, application development and software package implementations experience. This is not a remote position and requires on-site work at our Deerfield Beach, Florida campus a minimum of 3 days a week. Please include the candidate's all-inclusive rate in your response, their “right to be represented” by your agency and attach their PMP certification and, if applicable, Agile certifications.

• Executive presence and effective communication
• Must be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team
• Must possess a strong presence with confidence and polish
• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Waterfall and Agile Methodology
• Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed
• Experience with various dependent projects potentially being executed with different methodologies
• Experience with Vendor contracts management
• Experience with and Vendor package implementations
• Strong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teams
• Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects
• General knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projects
• Understanding of core infrastructure

• Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrations
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Develop and track full scale project plans including external integration points and dependencies
• Establish and coordinate project teams
• Direct and oversee the project team
• Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation
• Identify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans
• Manage project changes to achieve project goals
• Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders
• Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable
• Participate in quality audits
• Develop Requests for Information/ Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicable
• Demonstrate leadership, and strong organizational, presentation and communication skill

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) required
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Experience with vendor management and vendor package implementations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Service Now, and Azure Dev Ops a plus
• Strong technical background a plus
• Certification or a degree in computer science, information systems or engineering a plus
