Senior Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrations

* Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables

* Develop and track full scale project plans including external integration points and dependencies

* Establish and coordinate project teams

* Direct and oversee the project team

* Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation

* Manage project budgets

* Identify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans

* Manage project changes to achieve project goals

* Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders

* Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable

* Participate in quality audits

* Develop Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicable

Waterfall and Agile Methodology:

* Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed

* Experience with various dependent projects potentially being executed with different methodologies

Vendor Management:

* Experience with Vendor contracts management

* Experience with Vendor package implementations

* Strong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teams

Technical:

* Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects

* General knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projects

* Understanding of core infrastructure

* Demonstrate leadership, and strong organizational, presentation and communication skills

* Executive presence

* Must be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team

* Must possess a strong presence with confidence and polis

* Excellent planning and coordination skills
