Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, process flows, business process documentation, and system diagrams.
- Lead data mapping sessions to ensure accurate data transformation between legacy and modern systems.
- Analyze and document as-is and to-be business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility and ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Support legacy system decommissioning and transition to modern platforms.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement validation sessions.
- Drive business process modeling and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage Agile work items using tools like Azure Dev Ops Boards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or transformation projects.
- Strong experience in legacy system migration and data conversion
. - Expertise in creating user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a Hybrid Agile SDLC environment
. - Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops Boards or similar tools.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Background in industries like finance, healthcare, or insurance.
- Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
