- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and federation
- Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD (Entra ), SailPoint, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Power Shell, Java)
- Knowledge of directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP)
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOX)
- Experience with API integrations and identity lifecycle management
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM capabilities
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Experience with access governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM)
