  • Must have ADO this person will be a back up to the PM if needed so should be able to manage Azure Backlog, Update Azure Boards, Run Scrum Standups with Documentation
  • This is a BA role with analytical skills who can flex into some support directly to the scrum master (backing them up)
  • They are technical and can do analytics, testing, reconciliation, data validation for migration projects
  • Advanced Consumer Lending System (ACLS) and LeMans (Lease Management) are both mainframe applications or alfa is a plus.
Scope

Currently this team is consuming 25 requirement documentations from various teams. They need someone who is seasoned and can facilitate meetings, elicit requirements from stakeholders, and liaise across business units and various teams.

Foundational
  • Work directly with business partners to elicit and write quality requirements; documenting business and system/data requirements in user story format within ADO.
  • Build and maintain relationships with your assigned team and corporate stakeholders.
  • Study and understand processes/subject areas for your assigned team.
  • Perform requirements gathering / clarifications with technical team.
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders and vendors to analyze business needs and work with teams on solutions.
  • Work with implementation partners to ensure a smooth project / product team(s) go live(s).
  • Lead assigned initiatives. Communicate status, issues or risks to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technology teams, business teams, vendors and subject matter experts to perform daily activities.
  • Serve as the conduit between the business partners and the technical team through triage, research, requirements, testing, and support.
  • Be accountable for properly following all IT standards, processes and methodologies as applicable (including but not limited to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Quality Assurance practices, etc.).
  • On Call Support - Secondary (One week once every 3 - 6 months) – Connect with Sudhir to swap if pulled during critical PC trial.
  • Perform On-call Support on a rotating schedule (M-F only, no evenings or weekends).
  • Be willing to participate in On-call rotation and perform validation of applications.
  • Accountable for managing and delivering the support requests for assigned Business Unit and related JM Family requests. This includes the planning, troubleshooting, solving, and communicating of a variety of requests, incidents, and problems independently within multiple areas.
  • Ability to produce SOP documents and be a change agent in getting those produced SOPs adopted by Business and IT Users.
  • Leading the triage of issue resolution and communicate effectively with both Business and IT teams.
  • Ability to produce Business Requirements/User Stories and working knowledge of working with QA Resources in coming up with the test cases.
  • Cross training to learn applications across the assigned Business Unit application portfolio.
  • Learn the processes and tools needed to perform the role effectively.
  • Identify the business impact of system issues and facilitate communication as appropriate to stakeholders.
  • Engage and communicate with senior management as appropriate.
